Dan Charpentier, Business Development Executive, is responsible for servicing existing customers as well as establishing new accounts in order to maintain and expand the client database. He sources new sales opportunities and plays a key role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects. Dan ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and is actively working to build productive trust relationships with customers.

Before joining Team Ethoplex, Dan spent the majority of his sales career working with schools and libraries. Noticing the effects of the digital era on book sales, he branched out into the ever-evolving telecommunications industry. Prior to Ethoplex, he worked for Time Warner Cable, managing multi-dwelling unit accounts.
Dan prides himself on delivering outstanding customer service and providing every client with the utmost respect. In this position, he plans to evaluate customer business needs individually and to build productive long lasting relationships.
